The Stave Gardens Community Association collects and uses the personal information on this form to create the membership list which is not used for commercial distribution purposes.

Per the BC Societies Act, Directors may restrict the review of the Societies membership list if there is a reasonable expectation that the information may be used in a manner not consistent with the Act.

Where the Society’s members have the right to inspect the membership list, members have the right to “opt out” from communication from the Society and its members and may request to obscure some identifying information from review.
